SALTILLO, Coahuila, Mexico – Julian Electric de México received the 2013 DTNA Masters of Quality Award during a ceremony at the plant in Saltillo. Co-President Kenny Julian and General Manager Alfredo Rojas accepted the award on behalf of JE de México’s 135 employees. For the year 2013, DTNA recognized 59 North American manufacturers from the U.S., Canada and Mexico as recipients if its highest award for suppliers. This is the third Masters of Quality Award for Julian Electric de México.
WESTMONT, IL – Julian Electric Inc. received its 18 th DTNA Masters of Quality Award this week. DTNA Supplier Development Manager, William Varner, presented the award to Julian Electric President John Julian during a ceremony at Julian Electric’s headquarters in Westmont, IL.
High Point, N.C. – Dec. 2013 – Thomas Built Buses recognized its best suppliers and presented the company’s Supplier of the Year award at an annual supplier event focused on quality manufacturing and building the best buses possible. Parker Warren, purchasing manager of Thomas Built Buses, presented the 2013 Supplier of the Year award to John Julian, owner & President of Julian Electric, who has been a Thomas Built supplier for more than seven years. Julian Electric manufactures battery cables for Thomas Built buses and rated the highest on engineering, quality, logistics, warranty and purchasing.

The Masters of Quality Award is presented to the top performing suppliers to Daimler Trucks North America based on delivery, pricing, quality, aftermarket, invoicing, service, guarantee and technical support.
SALTILLO, Coahuila, Mexico – Julian Electric de México 50,000 ft added to Saltillo facility to allow for expansion of automotive programs and support of line sequencing strategies and customer returnable container programs. Julian Electric de México now includes 90,000 sq ft of space, employing 120 people.

DTNA presents the Masters of Quality Award annually to an elite group of suppliers that meet their rigorous standards and also show a commitment for continual improvement. Daimler’s suppliers are evaluated semi-annually on more than 100 criteria related to quality, service, aftermarket parts availability, engineering, innovation, warranty and purchasing; and only those rated at the top are recognized with this award.
